💥Thank you all who came to the parent meeting tonight! Important information below👇 the meeting was 45 minutes so it’s hard to put everything in a post but here is our parent meeting recap!

-Our end of the year banquet is Sunday, March 15th at 3 at Ware Academy! Good food, music, awards & fun!…I will be making a FB event page. We ask that you please RSVP so we can get a head count on how many of our Guerrilla families will be attending. We are getting together sign up food sheets…nacho/taco bar along with traditional pot luck food items are planned to be on the ‘menu’ 🌮🥦🍪
-We are asking a $15 family donation that will go towards some of our banquet and for coach gifts… We have such a large & amazing coaching staff & we want them all to know how much we appreciate them!

Starting this week when Beth Jackson is at practice, we are starting board member nominations for the next season 2020-2021…you are able to give Beth Jackson, our secretary, a piece of paper if you wish to nominate someone…we will be taking nominations until Thursday March 12th.

The way it works is you hold your position for two years, then nominations are taken for those positions…if no one is nominated for your position then you continue…
The work the board does behind the scenes is alot & more than most know to run a successful program….it takes alot of time, but is so rewarding!
The board wants to thank you all for a great season so far!

Voting will take place during the first 30 minutes of our banquet on March 15 with Beth & Shawn
Each family will get one vote. If you are unable to make the banquet please send your vote to Beth Sunday March 15.
Voting will be tallied by Beth & Shawn & your 2020-2021 board members will be introduced at our end of the banquet. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!

VaWa States is in two week…Kim and I are needing to know who is going to need a hotel for the two nights or just one….please post below 👇 if you are in need of a hotel if you did not get on our list tonight.
If your wrestler is wrestling on Sunday they will have to weigh in Friday in Richmond from 6-8 & if they are wrestling Sunday they have to weigh in Saturday from 5-6…
Coach Bell wants every Guerrilla to participate…there is SoVa but do not go to SoVa…

Please keep in mind with VaWa States in two weeks that we need to keep sickness in the room to a minimum…so just a friendly reminder if your wrestler or anyone in the family is sick to please keep them home. 😷🤧🤒

Mark your calendar for our 2nd BIG fundraiser for our club…June 6th 2020 is our Cobia Tournament…that weekend we are looking for all Guerrillas! It’s a fun weekend!
